By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy, Cookies, Payment, and Refund provisions incorporated within this unified document. Studytainment Smart Learning Private Limited (“Company”) provides educational, digital learning, academic support, and membership-based services to students, teachers, families, and institutions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the User (“You”) and the Company. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNT

Minors may use the Platform only under the guidance and supervision of a parent/guardian, who shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms on their behalf. 8. SEMINAR & WEBINAR POLICY
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
9. MEMBERSHIP & 5-YEAR LOCK-IN PERIOD
Membership carries a mandatory 5-year lock-in. Cancellation or early refund is not allowed.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are final unless covered under refund rules.
11. REFUND POLICY
11.1 Non-Refundable Fees
Includes seminar/webinar fees and all amounts labeled as non-refundable.
11.2 Membership Refund (Post Lock-in)
Eligible for 100% refund minus taxes & charges after the 5-year period.
11.3 No Refund Situations
Early exit, misuse, fraud, or dissatisfaction with subjective aspects.
12. PUBLIC INTERACTIONS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Posted content becomes public; the user is responsible for its legality.
13. MARKETING COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By registering, users allow contact through email, SMS, WhatsApp, calls, etc.
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Company is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.
16. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for misuse or policy violations.
