1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Studytainment platform, including the Website (www.studytainment.com), mobile applications, digital learning platforms, online classes, Own Pace Academy, and all associated products and services (YouTube Channel or similar flatforms). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy, Cookies, Payment, and Refund provisions incorporated within this unified document.
Studytainment Smart Learning Private Limited (“Company”) provides educational, digital learning, academic support, and membership-based services to students, teachers, families, and institutions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the User (“You”) and the Company. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years of age to register independently. Minors may use the Platform only under the guidance and supervision of a parent/guardian, who shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms on their behalf. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
Studytainment provides a comprehensive learning ecosystem including but not limited to:
- Studytainment Classroom
- Smart Study (Self-Learning System)
- Online Classes
- Webinars & Seminars
- Own Pace Academy
- Digital Memberships
- Android Applications
- Study resources, assessments, and academic tools
The Company may modify, update, expand, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your data in accordance with this policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, videos, animations, study materials, branding, logos, software, and digital modules—is the exclusive property of Studytainment Smart Learning Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, resell, republish, or create derivative works
- Distribute platform content publicly or privately without permission
- Use Company trademarks or brand assets without written consent
Any unauthorized use shall result in legal consequences.
8. SEMINAR & WEBINAR POLICY
The Company may charge a non-refundable registration fee for workshops, seminars, consultations, or webinars
- If a user fails to attend, the fee remains strictly non-refundable
- Registration is considered a confirmed booking.
- Once paid, the amount cannot be transferred, refunded, or adjusted.
9. MEMBERSHIP & 5-YEAR LOCK-IN PERIOD
Upon enrolling in Studytainment membership programs:
- Users agree to a mandatory 5-year lock-in period.
- Membership cannot be cancelled, paused, or withdrawn during this period.
- After 5 years, if a user is dissatisfied, they may request a refund as per the Refund clause.
10. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made for courses, memberships, seminars, subscriptions, and digital content are final unless expressly covered under the Refund Policy. Users must ensure that:
- Payment information provided is accurate
- Transactions are authorized by the card/bank holder
- Outstanding balances are settled promptly
The Company is not responsible for transaction failures or delays caused by banks or payment processors.
11. REFUND POLICY
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase:
11.1 Non-Refundable Fees
- Seminar/Webinar registration fee
- One-time event participation charges
- Any fee labeled as “non-refundable” at checkout
11.2 Membership Refund (Post Lock-in Period Only)
After the 5-year lock-in period, members who are dissatisfied with the services may request a 100% refund, subject to:
- Deduction of applicable taxes
- Deduction of government fees
- Deduction of service charges
- Assessment of validity of the claim
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period based on the Company’s financial and operational policies.
11.3 No Refund Situations
- Early exit before lock-in completion
- Attempted misuse, fraud, or policy breach
- Incomplete/incorrect user details during registration
- User dissatisfaction with subjective aspects (e.g., teaching style, schedule preference)
12. PUBLIC INTERACTIONS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you post comments, questions, or content on forums or discussions, you acknowledge that:
- The information becomes public
- The Company is not liable for how others use it
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
The Company may moderate, delete, or restrict content violating platform standards
13. MARKETING COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By registering or interacting with us, you grant permission for the Company to contact you via:
- SMS
- Push notifications
- Calls
- In-app notifications
for service updates, marketing messages, promotions, and announcements. Users may opt-out anytime except for essential service communication.
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or content. The Company does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Users must review third-party terms independently.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
- The Company shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue usage.
16. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Platform
- Infringement of intellectual property
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
17. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Upon termination, access to purchased content may also be revoked as per Company policies.
18. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, particularly applicable within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
19. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect business, legal, or operational changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
